Delivery
All deliveries must be to the nearest safe point to a HOME, SITE or BUSINESS address anywhere within Mainland UK. Days quoted or advertised relate to working days Monday to Friday and exclude Saturday and Sunday. Delivery Times
Subject to product type, stock availability and cleared customer funds orders are scheduled for delivery between office hours 8am - 6pm. The date or day is confirmed by email from customer service or by direct contact to the customer. Click on "product details" beside product to view expected delivery times. If you require an item quicker than delivery times quoted, evening or weekend please contact us and we will review your order to look at the possibilities to improve the delivery time scale. There may be additional charge(s).
Please Remember
Make sure that you measure all your access areas and the area you intend to place your product, particularly windows or larger items to insure that it can be delivered by our staff or carrier representative, and that it will fit into the area you want. Always check the dimensions quoted on our site, if you are in any doubt please contact a member of staff who will gladly give you help and advice.
Returns Fee
Any orders that are refused at delivery point or cannot be delivered due to, access restrictions or are unable to fit into the intended area of your delivery location, will be subject to a specified returns fee. Velux products will incur a minimum £25 charge per item plus carriage arrangement fee. Return products must be in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging. A returns accessor will check the goods when they arrive. On satisfaction to AML Direct Ltd that the above criteria has been met, a credit will be issued. This may take up to thirty one days to issue after the approval of the Velux Returns Officer.
